I founded RCQ Associates after spending over 10 years in the Financial Services headhunting industry and wanted to set up an organisation that delivered great customer service, operated with honesty and integrity at all times and nurtured people to develop a strong technical understanding of the fields we specialise in.

We're a delivery focused contingent headhunter, sponsoring conferences and attending key industry events. We have such a strong network globally that within our area of expertise, I’d say we’re unrivalled.

My team and I are strong advocates for improving diversity and inclusion within the workplace and we really want to promote that within the organisations that we partner with.

Qualifications

BSc in Economics with honours from Southampton

Ed is a proud father of two children and big fan of any sport. He has cycled from London to Paris and Brussels, completed various triathlons, is a dedicated skier, active paddle-boarder and kayaker on the Thames, tries to play football (poorly) and has run half marathons with some of the RCQ team.
