Zoe Amigoni, Operations Manager at RCQ Associates, recently participated in a panel discussion at the Women in Structured Finance Conference hosted by Opal Group. Alongside 4 other esteemed female senior leaders within the industry, Zoe shared her insights on the panel discussing "Navigating your Career and Improving the Workplace."
In addition, Zoe highlighted RCQ Associates' commitment to addressing gender disparity within the structured finance industry through the launch of their new "Women in Structured Finance Mentorship Scheme." This initiative aims to provide support, guidance, and mentorship opportunities for women seeking to advance their careers in the field.
Following a successful first intake of applicants to the scheme, RCQ are hoping to launch the second round in November 2025.
